This week Brady really started to try to use his hands. He is still fisted alot, but now when something of interest is in front of him he opens his hands and fingers up and tries to move his hands on top of the object. Its so cute how he concentrates so hard. He's scored a few times by actually grasping the object, but for the most part he's still hitting things with closed fists. Its so exciting to see him make these little developmental steps!
Also today was Brady's first experience with drinking formula. I almost cried. Not really, but it was kind of sad in a way because ever since he was born, I've given him all he needs, and now its like he won't need me. :( The main reason for it is that I am going back to work in 2 weeks (let's not talk about this) and formula will be the backup method of nutrition. I have built up quite the freezer stash of milk though!

I can't believe you are going back to work! Time really flies! Maybe mommy will be up for happy hour now :) Brady is so stinkin' cute!
Happy hour will be good for mommy, but remember only one drink per hour!
Brady will be in good hands with gram and gramp Carol and Johnnyboy.
